Phoenix Stoneworks is a locally owned and operated quartz and granite countertop company serving Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and the Treasure Valley area.
We specialize in countertop tear out, fabrication, and installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and remodel projects. Our work requires precision, craftsmanship, teamwork, and pride in doing the job right.
If you enjoy hands-on work, want to learn a valuable trade, and like seeing a project go from raw material to a finished home upgrade, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re always open to meeting dependable people who want to build a future in the trades. Tell us a little about yourself, your experience, and what kind of work you’re interested in.
Why Work With Us / What We Look For
At Phoenix Stoneworks, every project matters. Our customers trust us to measure accurately, fabricate carefully, and install cleanly. That means we need team members who care about quality, show up ready to work, and take pride in the finished result.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small local company, learn real skills, and be part of a team that helps homeowners improve their spaces. This is hands-on work. Some days are in the shop, some days are in customers’ homes, and some days are spent helping move, prepare, and install heavy countertop materials.
Because we work in real homes and remodel spaces, professionalism matters. We care about clean work, respectful communication, and leaving the jobsite better than we found it.
We’re looking for dependable people who are willing to learn and work hard. Experience in countertops, construction, remodeling, fabrication, or installation is helpful, but not always required.
A good fit for our team is someone who is:
Reliable and shows up on time
Comfortable with hands-on physical work
Detail-oriented and careful around customers’ homes
Willing to learn new tools, materials, and processes
Able to work well with a small team
Respectful, professional, and safety-minded
